  I've been here a few times.
  The food is standard BJs. I mean there's nothing besides a Pizzokie to write home about.
  The menu has gotten quite extensive. Like TOO extensive. It's ALOT. Like Cheesecake factory alot.
  After perusing the small novel and trying to decide on what to eat. I ordered the chicken tenders and fries. So I ordered the waiter asked if I need reg or Sweet Potato fries. I go on u have Sweet potato fries? He goes yes. So I opted for those.
  As we waited for our food I looked up and the lampshade was Filthy. Like Soooooooooooo dusty, like hairy type dusty. Right over where my food is gonna be. I felt like, I might need one of those food tents (u know to protect from insects) to protect my food only instead of insects from dust mites. There was also food splatter on it. How the hell did it get up there?? D I S G U S T I N G.
  Food was decent, nothing to write home...errr Yelp! about, but here we are. They need to clean the damn light fixtures.
  Another thing I didn't appreciate is the fact that when I got the bill, I didn't notice until I was back at the office, that there was an additional charge for the Sweet Potato fries. Wtf? Like I don't mind paying it, I just mind when it's some information that was withheld. It's like dude, u knew damn well it was an additional charge for those. Obviously I didn't know they were an option if when you offered them, I asked, U guys have those??  
  
  Anyway. Take a chance if u wanna go, it's BJs food-wise you know what you're getting. Service? Cleanliness, you're taking a risk

  Horrible experience at this location. We were seated rather quickly, but then had to notify a manager that we had been sitting at our table for 20 minutes without any acknowledgement. You would think the manager himself would come over and apologize, but he was too interested in visiting an apparent employee that was there eating. We were finally helped and I ordered their Friday Special Prime Rib. The meat was more fat than meat, the broccoli was hard and not steamed, and the baked potato was barely cooked.
  
  If I could give 0 stars I would have and will never visit this location again.

  Good foods and great services,  they are so friendly. This my first time here.
  I can't  decide  where to go for lunch
   So decide to BJ . Their foods really good . Friendly waitress  and bartender  too.
  Thank you Kim and Will for great service.
  Hopefully  I visit  Sacramento  again I. I will come back here

  After a very rough visit for my birthday we thought we would try again. Took our 3 grandkids after calling ahead for a table (You can do this if you have a loyalty membership) Front desk could not find mine at first with my phon number ... so she tried my email. YES!! Then she told me my phone number was wrong! She also told me how to fix it!
  We were seated right away and given menus. After being there for about 10 minutes this very nice young man came to our table and was very apologetic. We weren't in his assigned area but he said he would take good care of us. His name was Gabe.
  We had great food, he was very sweet to our grandkids and DID take good care of us. Side note: our loyalty number was on a slip of paper- which fell off the table. Hubs grabbed it and we took it to the front counter. The young lady there told Gabe and he noted it on our account! Great food and service!!
